Cancellation Policy

Cancellation can be made 1 hour prior to the appointment for a full refund. There will be no refund for any cancellations made within 1 hour of the appointment. However, a credit note will be issued which can be claimed for a future appointment. When claiming the credit note please be aware that the credit note may cover the partial cost of the future consultation. For example, if you cancelled an early evening weekday appointment which costs £70 for registered patients and then book a future late evening appointment which costs £90. Then a £20 fee (the difference) will still be payable. The same applies to new patient registration and consultation.

Our fees will be taken at the time of booking through Stripe payment processor. By making an online booking you will be agreeing to share your personal details with Stripe.

All Out Of Hour (OOH) cancellations will automatically generate a credit note which can be redeemed only at any future OOH consultations within one year.

However, if you would like a refund, then please email us with subject “REFUND” in reply to our booking confirmation email. It may take up to 7 working days to receive funds back to your account from Stripe. All appointment made over the telephone (in case of non availability of internet services) will involve taking payment details first before booking the consultation. Once the consultation starts there will NOT be any refunds. Credit note may be issued in exceptional circumstances if the doctor considers that a consultation was not needed.
